Ida Vargas is a retired senior manager from Southern California Edison Company, where she had a successful career. Originally from Riverside, she graduated from La Sierra High School and later pursued a degree in construction technology at Riverside Community College. Ida also earned a project management certificate from UC Irvine. Since retiring, she has dedicated her time to volunteer work, focusing on organizations that support children, seniors, and low-income communities. She currently serves as the president of the Kiwanis Club of Riverside, a board member of Family Service Association, and actively supports the Spanish Heritage Foundation. Ida is married to Hector Vargas and is a mother of two, grandmother of four, and great-grandmother of one.
