Latino Network’s Leadership Institute (LNLI), provides a 3-day academy for 35 high school Latino/a students from Riverside County. This LNLI Program provides high school students the opportunity to learn from and network with local community leaders. Participants will gain an understanding of the principles used to influence change within their community, review the concept of ethical leadership and explore the role and obligations of committing to a cause and standing up for what one believes. The educational and vocational experiences shared by presenters will expose participants to the various forms of leadership utilized in their everyday lives and illustrating accomplishments and future visions.
