Sammie Luna was born in San Bernardino, California and raised in Riverside. She attended local schools and graduated from JW North High School in 1996 and is also President of the JW North Alumni Association. Sammie is a proud 20 year employee of the City of Riverside. She is an active member of the Riverside and Moreno Valley communities often volunteering to participate in community events. One of her notable accomplishments is being selected as a recipient of the 2022 61st Assembly District Women of Distinction Award. Sammie resides in Moreno Valley and is mom to daughter, Lili & son, Robby.
